This database includes measurement data of pressure and strain on two full scale propellers, the conventional propeller (CP) and the highly skewed propeller (HSP), of a training ship (former) "SEIUN MARU (I)" belonging to National Institute For Sea Training, Japan.

All measurement was performed in a co-operative research project "SR206" by the Shipbuilding Research Association of Japan and The Ship Research Institute (former name of National Maritime Research Institute) from 1989 to 1991 receiving the subsidy of The Nippon Foundation.
