What's CCR?
■Center for CFD Research (CCR) is located in the National Maritime Research Institute (NMRI), Tokyo JAPAN. Our tasks are research and development for Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) softwares for ship hydrodynamics. Since April 2004, our softwares have been released to our customers.
■SOFTWARES
-HullDes: Grid generation. Collaborative development with ACT.
-NEPTUNE: Reynolds Averaged Navier-Stokes (RANS) Solver
with structured grid
-SURF:Unsteady RANS (URANS) solver with unstructured grid
-ARGO:Automatic post-processing
■USER's SUPPORT
Sufficient and sincere supports will be provided for software users by staffs from CCR such as:
- Training seminar
- Version-up seminar
- Answering technical questions by phone/e-mail
- Free software upgrade during contract period
■CUSTOMIZED SIMULATIONS/CONSULTING
In addition to CFD software provision, we DO support customized CFD simulations/consulting
such as :
- Resistance, self-propulsion and maneuvering of naval vessels
- Grid generation
- Technical consulting with respect to CFD simulations for ship-hydrodynamics
