Oxy-Acetylene Welding

Outline of Oxy-Acetylene Welding

In the case of the oxy-acetylene welding, a combustion gas melts materials, and they are joined. Acetylene gas and oxygen are used for the welding. Welding speed of the welding is slow, and its welding process is legible. Therefore, there is little failure, such as poor welding. Moreover, there is the feature of being easy to carry out welding of thin plates. However, compared with arc welding, welding speed is remarkably slow. It is not efficient welding method.
