We request "all the participants" in the CFD Workshop Tokyo 2005 to submit the registration form to cfdws05@nmri.go.jp.
Participants who submit the paper and data have already send the registration data through the Internet, however, we would like to know the exact number of participants from each team and the number of persons who will attend the banquet.
It would be appreciated if you could send us the registration form no later than the end of January.
