Common files

Files for exporting figures. Please modify and use if necessary.

Variables in Data file

There are 8 variables in each data files.

Variable name Remarks
Y \( = Y / L_{PP} \)
Z \( = Z / L_{PP} \)
U \( = u / U \)
V \( = v / U \)
W \( = w / U \)
VWAMP \( = \sqrt{U^2+V^2} \)
Points at which \( 0.75 \lt VWAMP \) are blanked in every figures.
YB \( = -Y \): for data with anti-clockwisely rotating propeller
\( = Y \): for other data
Varaiable for blanking an unnecessary side. The region \( 0 \lt YB \) is blanked in every figures.
RNC \( = N_c / N_m \)
\( N_c \): Number of samples used for averaging
\( N_m \): Number of measured samples
Velocities were calculated by averaging measured samples for each points. But some (\(N_m - N_c\)) samples were not used due to optical problem.
Points at which \( RNC \le 0.2 \) are blanked in every figures.
