Instructions to participants


Questionnaire

The questionnaire formats are
General_quest_answer_Institute_CodeName.xls
and
Specific_quest_answer_Institute_CodeName_TestCase.xls .

Please fill out both files then upload to designated directory of our FTP server until Oct. 22, 2015.

File names (Institute, CodeName and TestCase) should be changed appropriately. If you submitted a number of test cases, please upload same number of "Specific_quest_anwer_*.xls" which correspond to each test case you submitted.


Format of paper

The paper format is specified in "Tokyo_2015_paper_format.docx".

  Submission Instructions:
  • The submission should be made in PDF file format.
  • All fonts used in the paper have to be embedded.
  • Papers will be printed in black and white.
  • It's very important that figures should be prepared with the proper resolution for printing to avoid wrong presentation of the data. It is recommended that the resolution for all figures is more than 300 dpi. Excessive compression of figures will impair quality of images. The manuscript should be checked carefully after the conversion to PDF format.


Format of posters

The example of poster is HERE (Tokyo_2015_poster_example.ppt) (uploaded Fri. Aug. 14, 2015).

  Submission Instructions:
  • The submission should be made in PDF file format.
  • All fonts used in the paper have to be embedded.
  • Papers will be printed in color.
  • The manuscript will be scaled to B0 size of ISO 216 in printing, while the size of the example is A4.
  • It's very important that figures should be prepared with the proper resolution for printing to avoid wrong presentation of the data. It is recommended that the resolution for all figures is more than 300 dpi at estimated print size. Excessive compression of figures will impair quality of images. The manuscript should be checked carefully after the conversion to PDF format.


Coordinate system

Coordiante system for JBC and KCS is defined as following figure. For ONRT, please refer each instruction.

the origin is located at FP on the undisturbed water plane. )
