| Simulation Model for a Wheelchair By Motonobu IMASATO 
We have been developing a simulation model to drive a wheelchair, with experiments and investigations questionnaires on feeling. This simulation model can calculate the action of a wheelchair and needed power for a driver by solving of the movement equation between tires and a floor. The simulation model with high accuracy must be able to estimate the action at special situations, such as a behavior on a waving ship. Therefore, a development of the simulation model contributes the safe reservation for wheelchair users on ships.
