Development Diary Waving Test Bench for Model Wheelchairs June 2001, Koichi Hirata, Hiroaki Sakakibara and Yasuhiro Makita 
June 2, 2001 
We considered the structure of the waving test bench. At the first, we had considered to use electric actuators. Finaly, we decide to develop a classic type bench with a pendulum.
June 7, 2001 
We considered the detailed structure. The size of the test bench has about 2 m of square.
June 13, 2001 The test bench almost has been completed. We will set a table (a veneer board) and a graduator. The size of the tentative table shown in the photograph is 1.2 m x 1.2 m. 
We set a fence on the tentative table. It has a circular passage with about 250 mm width. We tried to run a simple model wheelchair on the table.
