May 30, 2001
We are discussing the assistance device for a wheelchair (see the figure to the right). We will show the detailed information later.
June 13, 2001
We made a simple and tentative brake mechanism (see the figure to the right).
June 15-22, 2001
The works of this project have been discontinued now.
June 27, 2001
A servomotor is set to the brake mechanism.
July 2, 2001
A couple of the brake mechanism is set to the right and the left wheels. The mechanism can be controled by a R/C system. We comfirmed the operation of the mechanism on a experimental slope.
July 31, 2001
We complete to draw the plan of the new brake mechanism for experiments. We also start to make the mechanism.
August 10, 2001
These are the parts.
September 20, 2001
The parts are completed.
October 22, 2001
Mr. Kono made a microcomputer circuit.
October 30, 2001
Mr. Kono is in trouble for the microcomputer circuit.
November 1, 2001
The microcomputer circuit is almost completed. We need to prepare a sensor.
November 6, 2001
We are discussing to use a simple pendulum sensor. The figure to the right shows Mr. Kono's sketch. It can be understood only himself.
December 11, 2001
The simple pendulum sensor is completed. But it has not worked suitably yet. Any adjustments or reforms are required.
December 19, 2001
we had adjusted the pendulum sensor, and it becomes to have good feeeling.
