| Development Diary of an Electric Wheelchair Model November 2001, Koichi Hirata and Hiroaki Sakakibara 
June 6, 2001 
The model on a scale of 1/4. It has diameter of rear tires of 110 mm, and diameter of front tires of 55 mm. We decided gears and location of motors and the gears.
June 22, 2001 
Plans have almost been completed. Then, we have started to make the model wheelchair.June 26, 2001 We can look the feature of the model wheelchair. It will be completed after a few effort. 
 
The model wheelchair is almost completed. But we have not made a micro-computer system for pulse motors yet. So the model has not ran yet.July 4, 2001 The micro-computer system for pulse motors is completed. The model wheelchair can run at last. 
 
We made anothor micro-computer system, which is used for control the pulse motor drivers. The model wheelchair will run on our program.October 30, 2001 
Mr. Sakakibara is in trouble for the microcomputer system. |
