Wind Resistance Calculation Method

Wind resistance is calculated from the relative wind speed the following equation;

　: Air Density;

　: Front Projection Area;

　: Relative Wind Speed.

　 The coefficient of force before and after wind pressure is determined by Fujiwara's formula^※, which is based on wind tunnel test results and expressed in hull formed elements.
